Paleo bacon deviled eggs



Paleo bacon deviled eggs:


2 dozen eggs

1 package pastured, nitrate-free bacon. Cooked until crispy and crumbled.

1 batch prepared Baconnaise

Salt & Pepper to taste

1/4 cup Mustard


Hard boil eggs, cool, peel. Slice eggs in half and put yolks into a large mixing bowl. Add baconnaise, mustard, and salt and pepper to yolks. Mash together using a potato masher or hand mixer. Spoon yolk mixture back into egg white halves. Top with bacon crumbles. There are many additional toppings that add flavor: chives, paprika, cumin, cilantro…
